In confirming the order, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions, payment options, delivery terms, refund terms and has read the privacy policy terms.
We ask you, for your own interest, to give us correct information. Every order is confirmed by an e-mail, where you can check the correctness of the given information. If you notice any mistake in your order, please let us know immediately.
If in the period between making the order and its confirmation, the prices change, the actual price will be considered to be the price in the confirmation e-mail.
The vendor has the right to contact the customer via phone or e-mail to clarify some details of the order, for example if some necessary information is absent, or there are any inaccuracies.

If you buy as a company, we ask for your company's identity (registry) number and tax number (VAT).

All the information that you provide us with is protected by law. We only share the minimum and necessary amount with companies that are responsible for delivery and money transactions for the purchases.

Refund policy
Refunds are regulated by the Czech Republic's laws (Trade law for an individual or a legal person). All the products are covered by a 24 month guarantee, if not stated otherwise on a product.
Refusal of a claim of the guarantee will happen in case:
The product was damaged in a process of delivery (obvious damages of the product or packaging should be immediately reported to the delivery company, the customer is not obliged to accept this product and has to let us know what happened).
The product was damaged in the process of assembling.
The product was used under conditions that do not meet parameters and recommendations specified in instructions that come with the product (if they exist).
The product was damaged due to a natural disaster or calamity.
The product was damaged due to loading or used in conditions that do not comply with the terms of exploitation (if the exist).

In a return package, please state the reason for the return, and include a copy of a payment document.
Your refund will be decided as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from its claim.
Cancellation of Agreement.
The customer has the right according to the trade law §53 odst. 6 zák. č. 40/1964 Sb to cancel a purchase during the first 14 days from the moment of receiving the product. If he/she decided to do so, he/she must send back the product in an original packaging and with no signs of use during the fore mentioned period of time. The vendor will refund the paid amount in a manner agreed on beforehand.
